Stewed fried bean paste with chopped pepper
Overview
Youdoupao is a Han specialty snack in Shanxi Province that has appeared in the Song Dynasty. The shape of the oil bean bubble is a sphere, and the internal tissue is honeycomb-shaped. The outer tendons are weak and the inner muscles are weak. It feels gasy when squeezed by hand, and it can automatically recover when flattened. It can be eaten with either meat or vegetable ingredients, and is suitable for soup and side dishes. Use a knife to cut a small opening in the bean paste, put in the meat filling, seal it with flour batter, steam it in a basket and eat it, which has a unique flavor.
