Steamed tofu with pickled mustard
Overview
There is an old man in my family who has bad teeth. He eats this and it is delicious. The bits he can't chew are all small pieces!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the mustard into small cubes and soak for a while. Don't make it too salty.
-
I choose silken tofu. (It can also be northern tofu)
-
Code the slices onto a plate. Leave it for a while and drain out any water that seeps out.
-
Heat oil in a wok and sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.
-
Stir-fry the minced meat until it turns white. Add five-spice powder and cooking wine.
-
Add mustard and dark soy sauce to adjust the color. Add a little sugar and oyster sauce.
-
Add green and red peppers, chive flowers, chicken essence, stir-fry, thicken and serve.
-
Spread the fried mustard on top of the sliced tofu. Just boil water and steam for three minutes.
-
Salty, tender and smooth, good.
