Tofu cake

A simple Korean dish, dip some flour in some egg wash and fry it into a soft and delicious round cake, which can be used as a snack or a dish.

Prepare materials. Chop the shallots, grate the carrots and finely chop.

Crush the northern tofu and mix well with the pork filling.

Add cornstarch, salt, oil, light soy sauce and other seasonings to the mixed meat filling.

Grab an appropriate amount of meat filling with your hands and flatten it in the palm of your hand. Dip both sides in the flour plate one by one.

Then dip some egg wash into the bowl.

After the pan is hot, pour in a little peanut oil, put the tofu cakes coated in flour and dipped in egg liquid into the pan, and fry over low heat until both sides are slightly brown.

The fried tofu cakes can be wrapped with seaweed.
