Pearl meatballs
Overview
Pearl meatballs, the name sounds very delicate. It is a dish I learned a few years ago when searching for recipes for my picky eating son. The meat filling is wrapped in glutinous rice. It tastes fragrant and glutinous, tender and juicy, and has a rich texture. It is a simple and outstanding dish.
