Ingredients: Pork ribs, green and red peppers, ginger, onions, and garlic.

Cut the green onions into small pieces, cut the ginger into slices, cut the garlic into slices, and cut the green and red peppers into larger pieces for later use.

Wash the ribs and put them into the pressure cooker, add water, cooking wine, some green onions, ginger slices and hawthorn slices, and press over medium heat for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, take out the ribs.

Put a little oil in the pot, fry the green and red pepper segments in the pot.

Fry the tiger skin chili until it is ready, take it out and set aside.
