Roast goose
Overview
On the second day of the Lunar New Year, I went back to my parents' house. Seven family members gathered at my brother's house. It was so lively. A friend bought a large goose from the countryside. My sister felt that there were too many people and wanted to stew it. The children all liked roasting it. We happened to have a GT400 large oven and it was time to test the machine. On the first day of the new year, we marinated the goose with various seasonings. It marinated for 24 hours. The goose was turned over and massaged every 2 hours during the day. It was very delicious. The giant goose weighing more than 7 pounds felt like it was not enough to eat. It was so delicious that the children ate it!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with upper and lower heat. I wanted to use the grill to rotate it, but I didn't put it in, so I had to put it on the baking sheet and bake it for about 120 minutes. Turn it every 20 minutes. Brush it with honey for the last 20 minutes and bake it for color.
