Overview
My son loves to eat cauliflower, so I did some research and found that the effect is pretty good. I can eat it cleanly

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the shredded pork, put it in a bowl and marinate it with cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt and a small amount of vinegar for 5 minutes
-
Prepare ginger slices and peppers in a bowl and set aside
-
Heat oil in the pan
-
First fry the shredded pork and serve it out.
-
Clean the wok, pour an appropriate amount of oil and start frying the prepared peppers and ginger slices, then add the shredded pork and fry again
-
Then pour the washed cauliflower in, add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, thirteen spices, and oyster sauce and stir-fry. When it is almost cooked, add a little vinegar, but don’t add too much
-
When it feels a little dry, add a little water and stir-fry
-
After the cauliflower is cooked, add some chicken essence to enhance its freshness (add the chicken essence if you want, or leave it out), and serve on a plate.
