Cut the chicken leg meat out and use the chicken leg bones to stew the soup.

Add ginger slices, minced garlic, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of oyster sauce, a small amount of cooking wine, a small amount of white sugar and a small amount of pepper and marinate the chicken legs for 15-30 minutes. (I didn’t add salt to this dish)
