Cut the northern tofu into 1cm thick slices.

Place the cut tofu on the basket to dry.

Put salt, soy sauce, white sugar, white vinegar, tomato sauce, starch, and a small amount of water in a bowl and mix well.

Heat the oil in the pan. When the oil temperature reaches 60%, add the dried tofu slices.

After frying until golden brown, take it out.

Leave the base oil in the pot and pour in the prepared sauce.

Stir over high heat. When the sauce thickens, add the fried tofu, stir-fry evenly, take it out of the pan, and sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
