Wash the shrimp;

Remove the shrimp whiskers and legs, use a toothpick to pick out the shrimp line on the second section of the shrimp back and set aside;

Chop the onion and ginger into mince, mix all the seasonings into a bowl and set aside;

Prepare a small pot, pour an appropriate amount of oil (the amount of oil is suitable for the shrimps), add the shrimps when the oil temperature reaches 200 degrees, fry for 10 seconds, remove and drain the oil;

Pour a small amount of oil into the wok, when the oil is hot, add the onion and ginger and stir-fry until the flavor develops,

Pour in the fried shrimps, add all the seasonings and stir-fry with the shrimps for 1 minute and remove from the pan.
