Grilled Golden Crispy Shrimp
Overview
Crispy shrimp is very popular in my family, especially the children, who rush to eat it every time. Usually I eat it fried, but today I eat it grilled, which is healthier. (If you don’t have an oven, you can fry it in a pan until golden brown and remove it to control the oil. If you don’t mind, you can refer to the golden crispy shrimp dish in my recipe, which has a detailed production process).

Prepare fresh shrimps

Remove the heads and shells of the shrimps, leaving the tails, and cut the shrimp lines from the back.

Add all seasonings: cooking wine, pepper, oyster sauce, umami soy sauce and mix well

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot

Then pour in the bread crumbs, add a little cumin powder, salt and pepper powder and stir-fry until it changes color

Prepare three bowls: one part bread crumbs, one part starch, and one part egg liquid

Coat with a layer of starch

Coat with a layer of egg wash

Coat it with another layer of bread crumbs

Wrap them one by one and put them on the baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
