Remove the bones from the best part of the duck rack and make soup with water.

Cleaned morels.

Cut morels in half or three.

Add onions, ginger, salt, pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, and wine and simmer for 30 minutes. Add shredded bamboo shoots.

Finally, add the morels and simmer for 10 minutes.

Remove from the pan.
