The secret to delicious and everlasting beef
Overview
Stir-fry the beef until it turns white and take it out of the pan immediately, about a minute or so. Be sure to remove the beef a few dozen seconds after it is put into the pan for the second time

Cut the beef into cubes, add half an egg liquid, 1.5 grams of salt, 5 grams of light soy sauce, 2 grams of dark soy sauce, 2 grams each of black and white pepper, 5 grams of sesame oil, and 10 grams of dry starch, spread evenly, pour a layer of salad oil on the surface to seal the water, and marinate for 30 minutes.

While the beef is marinating, dice the carrots, king oyster mushrooms, green beans, and mince the garlic and set aside.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add 1.5 grams of salt, add carrots and green beans and blanch them, remove and set aside.

Pour oil into a hot pan, add marinated diced beef and stir-fry until white, remove and control the oil and set aside.
