Add onion, ginger, diced mushrooms, grated carrots, salt, thirteen spices, light soy sauce, oil, water and starch to the minced meat and stir evenly.

Cut the old tofu into small pieces.

Pour oil into the pan. When the oil is hot, pour in the old tofu. Fry the tofu until golden brown and take it out.

Make a slit along the side of the fried tofu cube without cutting it off.

Scoop out the tofu inside and put the prepared meat filling into it.

Tie with spring onions.

Arrange on a plate and steam in a rice cooker for 10 minutes.

Add light soy sauce and oil to the water starch, mix well, pour into the pot and bring to a boil, then sprinkle in chopped green and red peppers.

Pour it over the steamed tofu and it's ready.
