Overview
I got an electric ceramic stove a few days ago and I used it today to make a casserole with yam, ribs and wolfberry nourishing soup. Check it out if you like it

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the pork ribs in water for 30 minutes and change the water several times to completely remove the blood
-
Prepare other ingredients. When peeling the hairy yam, apply vinegar on your hands to avoid itching. When soaking cut yam in water, add a few drops of white vinegar to prevent oxidation and blackening
-
Pork ribs under cold water, add cooking wine and ginger powder (or ginger)
-
Bring to a boil and remove the foam. Take it out, rinse it with warm water and set aside. (Do not rinse directly with cold water to avoid sudden contraction of the protein and affect the taste)
-
Add enough hot water to the casserole at once, add the ribs (the ribs are warm at this time, do not use cold water, otherwise the taste will not be good), and cook for about 20 minutes
-
First add onions, ginger, then yam, potatoes and soaked soybeans
-
Burn for about 1 hour, add soaked Cordyceps flowers, fungus, and wolfberry
-
Continue to simmer the soup for about 10 minutes, add pepper and salt
-
The ribs will be fine if they are tender. Then sprinkle some coriander and chopped green onion when eating
