Overview
I haven’t made steamed buns for a long time. The weather is hot and I cooked a pot of porridge. I thought it would be great to wrap pickles in steamed buns and cook porridge!

I also made two steamed buns and fermented them twice until they doubled in size.

Steam in a pot of cold water over high heat for 18 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 2 minutes before opening the lid

No other pickles are needed!
