  1. Prepare materials.

  2. Remove the hard seal of the bamboo fungus stem, and also remove the mesh part of the bamboo fungus. Put the bamboo fungus stem and water in a container, add 1 spoon of white vinegar and soak for 20 minutes. Replace the soaking water, add clean water again, add 1 spoon of salt, soak for 15 minutes, and drain the water from the bamboo fungus before use.   3. Process Jinhua ham, asparagus, enoki mushrooms and cordyceps flowers. Soak the cordyceps flowers in water, remove the black parts of the enoki mushrooms, and take the tender parts of the asparagus.
