I loved eating this dish when I was a kid. Nowadays, there are so many kinds of dishes. Fish-flavored eggplant is still available here a few times a year. *When I was a child, I asked my mother why there is no fish in the fish-flavored eggplant? Mom~ Fish is expensive.
