Overview

When relatives and friends come, they will take it out to entertain friends and guests. My mother-in-law is a very capable person. The beef jerky and beef sauce she cooked are particularly delicious.   1. The preparation of ingredients and the taste of beef sauce largely depend on the quality of the beef. The beef sauce made by my family is made from farmed cattle in our countryside. The beef flavor is very strong and chewy. The beef sauce made from city beef has a slightly worse taste.

  2. For the initial stage of braised beef, add the spices and braise the beef until it is flavorful. During the braised process, you should check whether it is chewy. If it is too hard, it is not cooked properly, and if it is too soft, it is not overcooked. Don't pour away the stewed soup. Add some when making the sauce later. The beef sauce will be more fragrant and beefy. Remove the braised beef, discard the spices, and set aside the beef cubes.

  3. The step that requires the most attention: boil the sauce and add all the prepared ingredients in sequence as shown in the picture. 1. After the pot is hot, pour in cooking oil. When the oil temperature rises, fry the peanuts until crispy, then smash them and set aside. 2. The braised beef cubes are too oily, and the confit-sealed beef will last longer. 3. Turn off the heat and wait until the oil temperature drops. Add the chopped green onion and stir-fry. Add the millet pepper, long pepper and black bean in turn and stir-fry. 4. Add soy sauce and salt and continue stir-frying. 5. After frying until fragrant, add glutinous rice wine, rice wine and marinade and cook. 6. During the cooking process, keep turning the spatula to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. 7. The entire cooking process takes about 30 minutes, until all the water is cooked out. 7. Before serving, add chopped peanuts, cooked sesame seeds, and oyster sauce, stir-fry for 1 minute and then serve.
