1. 1 Wash and chop the pork, peel the garlic, smash into pieces and mince it into minced garlic. Add salt, minced garlic and chicken powder to the meat filling and marinate for a while. Wash and chop green onions.

   

2. 2 Fans soak for about 20 minutes in advance.

   

3. 3 Remove and drain the water.

   

4. 4 Use a bowl to prepare the sauce. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and 3 tablespoons of water. Stir into sauce. Set aside.

   

5. 5 Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat and stir-fry over high heat.

   

6. 6 Stir-fry continuously until fragrant and stir-fry the minced meat.

   

7. 7 Pour in the vermicelli and stir-fry until the water evaporates quickly.

   

8. 8 Then pour in the sauce and stir-fry continuously.

   

9. 9 When the vermicelli absorbs the sauce, sprinkle in the chopped green onions and carrots and stir-fry evenly.

   

10. 10 Lift it up and it’s ready to go.
