Put the meat, carrots, black fungus, ginger, garlic and mince into a bowl.

Beat the egg white into a bowl. Add a small amount of wine. Mix the stuffing evenly.

Make a hole in the middle of the fried tofu and stuff it with filling.

Put water in the pot, pour in the stuffed fried tofu, boil the water for five or six minutes, and cook the stuffing. When cooked, place the fried tofu on a plate.

Keep the water in the pot, add oyster sauce and cornstarch to thicken the sauce.

Just pour the thickened gravy on the fried tofu.
