Grilled Japanese Tofu
Overview
Japanese tofu is a fun thing. In fact, it has nothing to do with soy products. It is made from eggs, a bit like Chinese steamed eggs. The reason why it is called Japanese tofu is probably from Japan~ The Japanese packaging says Tamago Tofu, Tamago means egg. It can also be called bird eggs in Japanese, but after all, it is not elegant, so Tamago Tofu sounds better~ Yellow tamagoyaki tofu, red carrots, pink sausages and green peas, garnished with a little pickle, it's really delicious!
