Cut the beef into small slices against the grain, or cut it into thick strips, and chop with the back of the cutter to make the meat softer.

Add a small amount of oil to moisten it, add onion, ginger, garlic powder, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and a little sugar and mix well. You can pinch it with your hands, so that the stir-fry will not be old.

Beat the eggs, smash and chop the garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic over medium heat.

Add the marinated beef, don't stir fry it too quickly, fry it for a while, so that the meat will be more fragrant, stir fry again until it changes color, it will be about 70% done.

Heat a pan, pour in oil, the oil should be extremely hot, and pour in the beaten eggs.

Pour in the fried beef and stir-fry the beef until it is cooked. You can add an appropriate amount of chopped green onion to make it look better. (Our piglets don’t eat onions, so we didn’t add them.)
