Braised prawns
Overview
Make some calcium supplement for my daughter. There are prawns in the refrigerator. The dinner is mainly braised prawns, and I stir-fry a few vegetables to make a soup. The nutrition is basically in place.

Wash the prawns

Cut the back of the shrimp and pull out the shrimp thread

Chop onion and garlic, slice ginger

Mix all seasonings except onion, ginger and garlic into sauce

Heat the oil in the pot

Add shrimp and stir-fry

Stir-fry until the prawns turn red and release the shrimp oil, then remove the prawns

Add the onion, garlic and ginger into the shrimp oil pan and sauté until fragrant

Pour in the sauce, add the fried prawns, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes, then open the lid and stir-fry for about half a minute

Turn off the heat, take out and serve on a plate
