Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the whole duck into the oil pan and fry it over low heat (I didn’t buy the whole duck when I bought it here)
-
Put the fried duck into the pressure cooker
-
Pour two bottles of beer into the pressure cooker, add star anise powder, and then add a small amount of thirteen spices, pepper, and salt. Then simmer in the pressure cooker over low heat.
-
Cut garlic sprouts and green onions into sections and set aside
-
Cut the ginger into shreds and set aside
-
Take a bowl and crush the bean curd
-
Add oil and pepper to the bean curd. Take another small bowl, take a small spoonful of potato starch, pour cold water and set aside
-
After the duck meat is mashed, place the duck on a plate. Add oil to the wok, add the prepared garlic, green onion, and shredded ginger, stir-fry for a while. Then pour in the prepared bean curd seasoning, then pour in the remaining juice in the pressure cooker, and stir-fry. Finally, pour in the prepared potato starch water to thicken it. Turn off the heat and cover the surface of the duck with the fried sauce.
