Heat the oil in the pan and fry the pork belly.

Stir-fry the meat until it changes color. Add the chopped onions and garlic sprouts and stir-fry for a while.

Add lettuce and soybean sprouts and stir-fry for a while.

Add salt, thirteen spices, oil and soy sauce and stir-fry for a while until cooked and set aside.

After the water in the steamer is heated, put the dry noodles in (brush oil on the bottom to prevent sticking).

After steaming for a few minutes, open the lid and turn the noodles, every few minutes, and only add them to the dish when the noodles are almost cooked.

Place the noodles on top of the dish and steam for two minutes.

Change to the steamer and steam for a few minutes, stirring more during this period.

Just steam the noodles until they are cooked.
