  1. Wash the tofu skin, green onions, carrots and coriander and prepare them.

  2. Shred all

  3. Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pot and sauté the carrots until soft.

  4. Add shredded green onions and stir-fry until you can smell the rich onion aroma.

  5. Put the shredded tofu, stir-fried carrots, green onions, and coriander into a large basin, add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar, sesame oil, cold soy sauce, and vinegar, and mix well.

  6. Mix well and serve.

  7. It’s colorful and lively, right? My husband and son both like this dish, so they make it often.
