  4. Still prepare a bowl of sauce in advance: 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon cooking wine, a little salt, 1/3 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon starch, add appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly to form a sauce.
