Three fresh pumpkin dumplings
Overview
We have New Year's Eve dinner here, and while enjoying the sumptuous meal, we must eat dumplings. Dumplings for New Year’s Eve dinner must be stuffed with three delicacies. Pork, shrimp, and eggs are the traditional three delicacies. Usually it is also paired with some leeks to further enhance the freshness. Now that the market is booming, the configuration of three delicacies is also constantly improving. Fish, shrimps and crabs can be stuffed, but it is still called three delicacies stuffing. I like the golden color of the pumpkin and the auspiciousness it represents, so I added some pumpkin to the filling. After a few adjustments, the filling became brighter and tasted great.
