Cut the beef into strips or slices along the grain. The shape and thickness depends on your personal preference. It doesn’t matter.

Add salt, oyster sauce, cooking wine, pepper, cornstarch and oil, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

Cut coriander, green onion, ginger and dried chili into sections and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and fry beef.

Stir-fry the beef over high heat until it is half cooked, set aside.

Heat oil in another pot, sauté onion, ginger, dried chili until fragrant.

Add the fried beef and continue to stir-fry.

Stir-fry the beef until cooked, add coriander, pour in some fresh vegetables, take it out of the pan and put it on a plate.
