Overview
Today is the New Year, and we in Henan also eat dumplings on this day. The fillings of my dumplings are generally beef and mutton, with a little bit of pork, which suits my family's taste. There is nothing new in making dumplings all the time. Today I will change the pattern on the dumpling wrappers and use red yeast rice flour to make them two-color, which will look more beautiful. This dumpling is made of two colors of dough, two kinds of meat fillings, and two kinds of vegetables. Haha, can you get the best of both worlds?

Chop the pork and mutton separately and add salt, five-spice powder, soy sauce, rice wine and minced ginger. I used less pork and more mutton.

Take 100 grams of cabbage juice and add it to the meat filling in batches. Stir each time until it is completely absorbed before adding the next time.

After all the cabbage juice is added, beat the meat filling until stiff

Put the diced carrots on one side of the basin, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil and mix the carrots evenly, then mix them with the meat filling. This can lock in the moisture of the carrots

Add cooking oil to the chopped cabbage and mix well, then mix well with the stuffing

Finally, mix the chopped green onions with sesame oil evenly

Then mix it with the stuffing a little and mix evenly. Do not over-stir, otherwise the onions will change flavor

Make a white dough and a dough with red yeast rice powder
