The two kinds of glutinous rice are soaked overnight until they can be lightly crushed.

Mix evenly with blood glutinous rice and white glutinous rice, and spread evenly on a plate. Place in a steamer and steam over high heat for about 20 minutes.

Beat eggs, add appropriate amount of salt and rice wine, spread into egg skin and cut into strips. Cut the sausage into strips and fry the carrots. Steam the glutinous rice and stir it up while hot.

Cut the plastic wrap, preferably in several layers, place an appropriate amount of slightly cooled glutinous rice on the plastic wrap and compact it.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of meat floss, and place sausage, egg skin, and carrots in order.
