Enoki mushrooms soaked in water.

Soak fungus in water.

Wash and cut the corn into cubes. Peel, wash and cut the carrots into cubes. If you have large pieces of tangerine peel at home, it would be nice. My relatives gave me shredded tangerine peel, so I took some.

Peel the chayote, remove the center and cut into cubes.

Blanch the bones and wash them clean.

Put all the ingredients into the pot together. Boil on high heat for 15 minutes, then turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour.
