I have been thinking about eating yellow croaker for many days. During the festival, I went to the vegetable market with my neighbors and bought a larger yellow croaker. I made home-style roasted yellow croaker. The large yellow croaker was very fresh and cooked with only simple seasonings. It was very delicious!

Prepare the raw materials, remove the internal organs and gills of the yellow croaker;

Make diagonal cuts on both sides of the fish body, sprinkle with salt and marinate for 40 minutes (it is best to marinate in the refrigerator);

Pour cooking oil into the wok. The oil temperature is 50% to 60% hot. Slowly add yellow croaker along the edge of the wok and fry until both sides are brown;
