Chrysanthemum fish
Overview
I posted a trial report after I received the trial version of Heinz ketchup. Since I was busy afterwards, I haven’t posted it again. I will post another one today, haha, otherwise I always feel that one is a bit lacking. What I made today is a sweet and sour fish, seasoned with Heinz tomato sauce. The dish tastes great. It is cut into pieces and then fried. It looks like a chrysanthemum, so it is called chrysanthemum fish. Due to my poor knife skills, the cut shape is not pretty, but the taste is still very good.

Ingredients
Steps
-
, grass carp fillet, cut off large pieces of fish meat, and remove the fish bones
-
Only take the thick part of the meat and cut it into cubes. It must be cubes. In order to make full use of the ingredients, I cut it into rectangles, but the shape was not pretty enough. Make a cross cut, but be sure not to cut through
-
Add shredded green onions, salt, pepper, and rice wine and marinate for 10 minutes.
-
Add custard powder to dry starch and mix well
-
Cover the marinated fish with dry starch and make sure it is evenly coated
-
After dipping, leave it for about 10 minutes to allow the starch to fully adhere to the fish.
-
Pour 70% hot oil into the pan and fry until it takes shape, then fry again to make the fish crispy
-
Set aside the fried fish pieces.
-
Pour white vinegar and rock sugar powder into the pot
-
Add Heinz Ketchup
-
A little more quantity
-
After boiling, add a little water starch to thicken the gravy
-
Arrange the fish pieces on a plate and pour the sweet and sour sauce
