Fried dough sticks
Overview
I have made a recipe for fried dough sticks before, and the finished product is chewy and tough after cooling. After many experiments, I found that the finished product after adding some butter and letting it cool is very good. The taste is especially suitable for the elderly and children at home. It is not only more reliable than the ones sold outside, but also particularly chewy. Although there are many recipes for homemade fried dough sticks in the world, I would like to recommend them to everyone.

Steps
-
First, mix the powder ingredients evenly. I shook my hand and added 10g of baking powder!
-
Pour in all the liquid and knead it into a smooth dough (I kneaded it with a chef's machine for about seven or eight minutes;
-
Take out the dough and divide it into two equal parts and shape into a thick rectangle;
-
Complete 2 pieces in sequence, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight;
-
Take it out the next morning without damaging the shape. Lift the film and pour it on the chopping board. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a thick rectangular piece;
-
Cut into small strips with a knife;
-
Stack the two pieces together, press them with a bamboo skewer, cover them with plastic wrap and let them warm for 5 minutes;
-
Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, put the dough into the oil pan while stretching it slightly. Use chopsticks to continuously flip and fry until the surface is golden brown and take it out. (First put a fried dough stick into the oil pan. If the fried dough stick emerges immediately, it means the oil temperature is right!);
