Cold Boneless Chicken Feet
Overview
After watching a friend make deboned chicken feet, I decided to try it too. I overcame my fear and was a winner! No one can pair it with some wine!

Add cold water peppercorns, green onion segments, ginger slices, bay leaves, wine, and raw chicken feet to the pot. Turn the pot over high heat to remove the foam and cook for 10 minutes.

Pour the cooked chicken feet into cold water. Be sure to cool the chicken feet thoroughly. Cut the joints from the back of the chicken feet to remove the bones.
