Prepare the mutton and beef bones first.

Soak the materials in clean water overnight to remove the blood. The water needs to be changed several times in between.

Blanch the soaked mutton and beef bones separately and skim off the blood.

Replace the water in the pot, add beef ribs, bring to a boil over high heat, add the wrapped ingredients and keep the pot boiling over medium heat for 2 hours.

Pour the cooked soup into the casserole, add the mutton cut into large pieces, and continue to cook on low heat for 3 hours.
