Chop the leeks finely and set aside, chop the ginger into pieces and set aside. Add eggs, ginger powder, salt, sesame oil, pepper, and a little cooking wine to the meat filling, stir well, and then stir vigorously for two minutes so that the meat filling is loose and delicious. You can also add a little water while stirring, and stir for a while longer if possible.
