Cut the pork into pieces, add ginger and garlic slices, corn starch, salt, sugar, pepper powder, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and vegetable oil.

Place red pepper slices into the bottom of the air fryer, place pork on top, heat at 200°C for 15 minutes, add cumin powder and cooked white sesame seeds, continue roasting for 10 to 15 minutes, remove from the pan and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
