Braised beef noodles
Overview
I bought a large piece of beef for an event in the supermarket and ate it all in batches of noodles, or braised beef noodles, or just added some onions and ginger and boiled and sliced to serve with noodles. It would also be great. Prepare the beef part in advance, so you don’t have to worry so much about making breakfast! !

Prepare the ingredients.

Add water, green onions and ginger slices to the beef and bring to a boil and blanch.

Wash away the blood foam.

Cut into small pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil, stir-fry the hoisin sauce over low heat until the bean paste becomes fragrant.

Add beef cubes and stir-fry until browned.

Add hot water, put the spices into the stainless steel seasoning filter ball and put it into the pot, bring to a low heat and simmer until the beef is crispy. (Add light soy sauce and sugar half an hour before turning off the heat)

Add some salt to the boiling water to cook the noodles, and cook over low heat until the noodles have no hard core.

Remove the cooked noodles and add coriander.

Just add the cooked beef.
