Cranberry Waffles
Overview
Waffles, also known as waffles, checkered cakes, checkered cakes, and embossed egg cakes, are a kind of scone originating from Belgium and baked on a special baking pan. The upper and lower sides of the baking pan are in a grid shape, with one concave and one convex, and the batter poured in is pressed out into the grid. The baking pans of waffle ovens generally come in round, square, and heart shapes. But regardless of the shape of the baking pan, the grids in the baking pan are generally diamond-shaped or square. This grid is also called a waffle grid. People in Western countries often eat waffles with strawberry jam, chocolate, sugar, honey or cream, etc. It can be used as a snack or breakfast, and it is very popular among the public! After I had the opportunity to get a waffle mold last month, I have been looking for time to open it. I didn't have time to rush it during the weekend, but it was my wish. Maybe it was too thick with the addition of dried cranberries and the batter, and the surface color was a bit darker, but the overall taste was pretty good~~~
