Ingredients: Soak the dough in advance, shred the ham slices, wash and cut the leeks into sections, slice the onions, beat the eggs, add some salt and mix well.

Use a bowl to prepare the sauce: add special soy sauce, chicken powder, dark soy sauce, abalone juice, a little salt, and sugar, stir into a sauce, and set aside.

Fry the eggs into egg skins and cut into shreds.

After the dough is soaked, drain the water through a strainer.
