Candied Dates, Red Beans and Cornmeal Steamed Cake
Overview
There is still a lot of cornmeal at home, and it is beneficial to eat more whole grains, so I made this cornmeal cake. It is soft, sweet and delicious. Now I don’t have to worry about running out of cornmeal.

Weigh the cornmeal, flour, yeast powder, baking powder, and baking soda and mix them evenly

Pour in milk

Stir into paste

Pour the batter into an 8-inch removable bottom mold

Pour a little water into the basin with the batter and brush it

Then pour it into the mold basin

Knead it into a thick batter

The hair looks good (about 2 hours)

Sprinkle cooked red beans and add a few red dates

Steam in a steamer for 30 minutes until cooked (the red dates have sunk to the bottom)
