Creative Pasta——Rose Bun

Creative Pasta——Rose Bun

Overview

I have always liked to eat and make pasta. I used to make rose rolls of different colors using various ingredients. Today I am going to make an innovation and add meat fillings to experience the different tastes! This time I used noodles mixed with purple amaranth juice. I imagined that the rose buns should be pink, but I didn’t expect that the color would become lighter after steaming. Haha, it’s not bad. The taste is still great. I’ll try it with other vegetables next time.
