The main materials are ready;

Slice onions, cut dry chilies into sections, and mince green onions and set aside;

Slice beef, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, starch, and a little oil to marinate and sizing for later use;

Cut the tofu into large pieces, simmer it in salted boiling water and take it out;

Heat the oil in the pan. When it is 70% hot, add the Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers, onions and bean paste and stir-fry until the red oil appears;
