Choose soybean tofu. The tofu cubes in the north are big and solid.

Divide the tofu into four even pieces, or you can have more pieces, depending on the size.
-
Use a spoon and knife to dig out a rectangular shape in the middle of each piece of tofu, and the tofu pieces will look like a tofu box
-
Put 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the wok, heat it, and fry the prepared meat filling over low heat.
-
Fry until the meat changes color. Turn off the heat.
-
Put the meat filling into the prepared tofu boxes and put them on the baking tray. You can apply some oil on the bottom of the tofu box. It will be very fragrant when cooked.

Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven, middle rack, heat up and down, 220 degrees, for 20 minutes.
-
You don’t need to clean the frying spoon you just used to stir-fry the meat filling. Just add a bowl of water, half a spoonful of oyster sauce, seafood soy sauce, and minced coriander.
-
After boiling, the water starch thickens into a thick paste. Turn off the heat.
-
The grilled tofu is slightly charred on the outside.
