Soaked yuba cut into diamond-shaped pieces

Soak the fungus in hair, wash, pick and set aside

Slice carrots and cut green onions into sections

Add vegetable oil to a wok, heat it up, add carrot slices and stir-fry until slightly wilted

Add green onions and stir-fry for a few times

Add yuba, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar, stir-fry until browned

Add fungus and stir-fry evenly

Add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, add one dried chili, cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes

Add salt and chicken essence and reduce the juice over high heat
