  1. Soaked yuba cut into diamond-shaped pieces

  2. Soak the fungus in hair, wash, pick and set aside

  3. Slice carrots and cut green onions into sections

  4. Add vegetable oil to a wok, heat it up, add carrot slices and stir-fry until slightly wilted

  6. Add yuba, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar, stir-fry until browned
