Recently, a noodle restaurant was spotted on my circle of friends. I thought it was the old small pot braised noodles, but when I looked for it, I found out that it was an iron pot braised noodles. If it were simpler, it would be done quickly. For modern young people, fast food is often more suitable for the fast-paced life. Sure enough, I woke up in the morning and in less than 20 minutes, a delicious braised pork and bean sprout pancake was ready. After simmering, when you open the pot and boil it, the hot steam will hit your face, and the sufficient smoke will make people forget the coldness of winter in an instant. Cut the pork into shreds.
