Grilled fish with beans
Overview
Braised small fish with beans is a dish that my family often eats in winter. Both fish and beans are delicious. It is best to use small fish when making this dish, which makes it taste better.

Prepare small fish and soybeans.

Put the soybeans into the pot and stir-fry over low heat.

After coating the fish in flour, add oil to the pan and fry the fish until golden brown.

Chop the onions, ginger, garlic, and peppers (forgot a picture). Push the fish to one side, add onion, ginger, garlic and chili and fry until fragrant.

Add dark soy sauce, sugar (a small spoonful), salt, pour boiling water, and add cooking wine.

When there is not much water in the pot, add MSG, pepper, and garnish with a few scallions and serve.
